Q

What is a main factor in changin of perception of health and wellness

A

It changes with age. Young people regularly in a state of good health, tend to define health in behavioural terms being able to exercise and eat well.

Older people on the other hand, because they are regularly ill, tend to define health in terms of the absence of illness and being able to function
