Severe mitral stenosis

DOSAGE

A

ADULT

ANGINA/MI: 400mcg
(repeat at 3-5min intervals, max 1200mcg)

PULMONARY OEDEMA: 800mcg (repeat x1 PRN)

PAEDIATRIC: Not indicated
