INDICATIONS
Severe allergic reaction/anaphylaxis
stridor
symptomatic bradycardia
cardiogenic shock
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to excipients
SIDE EFFECTS

Palpitations
Angina like symptoms
Tachyarrhythmias
Hypertension
DOSAGE
ADULT: ANAPHYLAXIS
500mcg IM (0.5mL of 1:1,000)
PAEDIATRIC: ANAPHYLAXIS
< 6mnths = 10mcg/kg IM
6mnths - <6yrs = 150mcg (0.15mL IM)
≥6yrs <12yrs = 300mcg (0.3mL IM)
≥12yrs = 300mcg (0.3mL)(if child small/pre-pubital) or 500mcg (0.5mL IM)
STRIDOR:
<1yr 2.5mg NEB
≥1yr 5mg NEB
(repeat after 30mins PRN)
