What is the brachiocephalic trunk? What side is it located on?
A trunk extending form the aortic knuckle, gives rise to the common carotid and the subclavian artery.

What differs on the left side of the heart in relation the common carotid and subclavian arteries?
Direct extensions from the aortic knuckle. (no brachiocephalic trunk)
What does the common carotid arteries supply?
The head and neck strictures.
What does the subclavian arteries supply?
The arm
What is unique about the pulmonary artery?
Takes DEOXYGENATED blood away from the heart.
arteries usually contain oxygenated blood
How many valvules does the aortic valve have?

Where are the aortic sinuses located?
Above the aortic valve.
