What is a posterior tilt of the pelvis?
the pelvis arches towards the belly button
we engage the abs, glutes and hamstrings and lengthen the lower back and hip flexors
what is an anterior tilt of the pelvis?
the pelvis arches away from the belly button
we shorten the lower back and the hip flexors and lengthen the abdominals, glutes and hamstrings
