A
passage of constipated stool
multiple fissure may be due to crohns

where is it usually located
A
midline posteriorly but may be occasionally anterior

what are symptoms
A
painful defecation - shit out some glass lol lol ewwww
pain lasts for up to 1/2 hour after defecation
bleeding - bright
perianal abscess

what is treatment
A
stool softener diet advice local anaesthetic gel pharmacological sphyncterotomy (diltiazem) lateral sphyncterotomy botox injection
