Proliferative diabetic retinopathy, posterior vitreous detachment, ocular trauma

A
Painless visual loss or haze, red hue in vision, floaters and shaddows/dark spots

A
Decreased visual acuity, visual field defect if severe haemorrhage

A
Haemorrhage in fundoscopy, can also do slit lamp, US, fluorescein and orbital CT if open globe injury
