COPD, asthma, CF, lung cancer, pneumonia, marfan’s, RA, ventilation

A
Dyspnoea, chest pain, pleuritic, sweating, tachypnoea, tachycardia

Discharge considered

A
SOB or >2cm

Chest drain inserted

IF patient is over 50, rim of air >2cm or SOB

Oxygen and admitting for 24 hours
