A
3/10 required weight loss > 4 kg livedo reticularis testicular pain/tenderness myalgias, weakness, leg tenderness mono or polyneuropathy diastolic BP > 90 Elevated BUN/creatinine Hep B Arteriographic abnormality biopsy with PAN

A
4/6 required Asthma Eosinophilia >10% WBC mono or polyneuropathy transitory pulmonary infiltrates paranasal sinus abnormality biopsy with eosinophils

2/4 required nasal/oral inflammation ab chest radiograph urinary sediment granulomatous inflammation on biopsy
