What is the average duration of reactive arthritis

A

4-5 months
2/3 have musculoskeletal sx that last for a more than a year
can get recurrent attacks

A

exercise, NSAIDs, cortisone injections, abx for reactive, TNF blockers, IV bisphosphonates
