1: No deformity, just a sprain; tx: nonoperative, sling, modify activity, return to activity in 1 week
2: 50% seperation; tx: same as 1
3: 100% seperation; same as 1 and 2 unless young athlete or heavy labor overhead worker

A

4: 100% seperation and posterior movement of the clavicle; tx: surgical reconstruction
5: large seperation; surgical reconstruction
6: clavicle seperates inferiorly and pt. is most likely dead
