Sport psych: Uses psychological knowledge/skills to address optimal performance and well-being, developmental and social aspects of sport participation and systemic issues associated w sports settings
Exercise psych: Focused on psychological factors implicated in participation in regimented programs to improve or maintain health-related physical fitness
Performance psych;
- Investigating psychological factors as starting point to understand performance/achieving goals
