gonococcal: ceftriaxone and doxycycline (if uncertain chlamydia)
non: azithromycin or doxycycline

- Chlamydia trachomatis
- Ureaplasma urealyticum
- Mycoplasma genitalium
- Trichomonas vaginalis
tx for bugs that cause non-gonococcal urethritis (patient treated, tests (-), not getting better)

- Mycoplasma genitalium - moxifloxacin
- Trichomonas vaginalis - metronidazole
tx for bacterial prostatitis
