Lexicon definition
Organisation of vocabulary in word classes or parts of speech (nouns, verbs, adjectives…)
Allowing the production of complex and simple words from the same conceptual domain or lexeme

Related to Communicative Approach but with more relevance of lexicon as an essential element in communicative situations.
“Chunks” as essential components of a language: pieces of language we use in order to do communicative activities
Semantic field definition
Grouping of words by meaning.
The words which belong to the same aemantic field share some aspect in their meanings.

Pragmatic relevance
Depending on the context where the sentence is produced
Social relevance
Sentences can express social meanings such as politeness or rudeness
Prosodic relevance
Emphasis/intonation on certain words can modify the meanings of sentences
