DF of great toe and fanning of 4 small toes- babinski with corticospinal/umn
anal
contraction of external anal sphincter upon stroking skin around anus (afferent: pudendal N; efferent s2-4)
bulbocavernosus
s2-4
anal sphincter contraction in response to squeeze glans penis or tug on indwelling foley cath
first reflex after sci - indicates the body is out of spinal shock
