What is the definition of Agility?
The ability to change position and control the body at high speeds.
What is the definition of balance?
To keep the body stable while moving or at rest.
What is the definition of Coordination?
To use two or more body parts at the same time.
What is the definition of Power?
The ability to undertake strength performances. It can be written in a formula as: Power = Strength X Speed
What is the definition of Reaction Time?
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it.
What is the definition of Speed?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance.
