It can be difficult for some to excercise because of travel, lack of facilities,can’t afford it which can lead to a sedentary lifestyle-depression, obesity

Excercise helps you sleep better as you can sleep deeper

-allows body to recover
Recreational drugs
Split into 2 illegal and legal
Legal- caffiene, nicotine
Illegal-heroin,cocaine
Smoking
-Addictive because of nicotine, raises alertness
Alcohol
Its a depressant which makes you feel more relaxed
Effects of smoking
-shortness of breath
-reduced lung capacity
-short and long terms
Negative effects of alcohol
-liver damage
-affects brain function
-increased chance of cancer (breast,liver)
