Athlete that needs this- marathon runner
A marathon runner needs this beacuse they need to run for long periods of time. In addition the need the marathon runner needs a strong heart to enable your body to transport 02 to your muscles.
Athlete that needs muscular endurance
Cyclists using leg muscles which are voluntary repeatedley without getting tired - eg tour de France
Athlete that needs Muscular strength
Power lifter where competitors have to make one massiave effort
Athlete that needs flexibility
Hockey because you need to stretching(reaching out) for the puck
Athlete who needs body composition
Can differ eg footballer usually lower body fat, however rugby scrum half heavy- all depends on what chosen sport requires
