What is a lever?
A system of muscles and bones working together to bring about movement
Whats the function of a lever?
Muscles pull on your bones, and your bones create movement, acting as levers
What is a fulcrum?
The point around which a leaver rotates. (Triangle)
What is a the load?
Force that is applied by the leaver system. (square)
What is the effort?
Force that is applied by the usar of the leaver system. (Arrow)
What is a lever arm?
Rigid bar such as a bome
The 3 types of leavers
First class- fulcruim in the middle
Second class- loud in the middle
Third class- effort in the middle
Example of first class lever

What is a mechanical advantage?
A large load being lifted with a relatively small amount of effort. This happends when the output of the leaver is greater than the input.
What is a mechanical disadvantage?
When the input of the leaver is greater than the input
