From vines averaging 25-30 years, grown on calcareous clay soils. Harvested in September and undergoes temperature controlled fermentation in 50hl stainless steel with ambient yeasts. Aged on lees for 10 months. Filtered.

2013: Duport: Bugey Brut, “Origin’L Réserve”
A
From 30 year old vines grown on mostly clay-limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Certified Organic.
