From a collection of vines planted on clay soils where 2/3 come from vines planted in 1951 (Clos des Ormes) and the rest is made up of vines planted in 1920 (Very Girard) and 1945 (Clos Solon). Practicing ‘lutte raisonnee’. Hand-harvested early October, three week fermentation in stainless steel using native yeasts. Aged in oak barrels for on year, only 20% of aging in new barrels. Light filtration. 13.4% Alc

From vines planted on limestone on three plots: The Chardannes from 1920 & 1975, The Drazeys from 1925 & 1960 and Les Herbues planted in 1950. Practicing ‘lutte raisonnee’. Hand-harvested in mid-September 2014; 20% whole clusters used, three week fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel and remains on a portion of the lees in barrrel during the year. Aged in oak barrels for one year, 20% new oak. Light filtration. 13.3% Alc
