50% Carignan and the remainder being 30% Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre.

The average age of the vines: 29 years Carignan, 21 years Syrah, 13 years Mourvèdre, and 10 years for Greanche. All are planted on clay and limestone soils and are hand-harvested in early September, de-stemmed, with spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts lasting 3 weeks. The wine is then moved to a vat for ten days before being moved to age 70% in tank and 30% in barrel for about 10 months. At this point, a minimal amount of SO2 may be added to stabilize the wine, depending upon the vintage. Certified Organic. 13.5% Alc

2012: Mas d’Agalis: VdP des Coteaux du Salagou, “Navis”

The name for this wine comes from the village’s water source ‘navis’ and is composed of 75 year old Carignan, 15 year old Grenache, 13 year old Syrah and 12 year old Mourvèdre, totaling 2.5ha. Hand-harvested at the end of August for the Syrah and Grenache, and the rest are harvested in early September. All grapes are de-stemmed except for 30% of the Greanche which is whole cluster. Maceration lasts for about one month in vats aged 10 years, followed by spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts lasting 15 days. Aged 12 months on lees in barrel and is not filtered. 2014: Mas d’Agalis: VdF Blanc, “Le Grand Carré”

50% Terret and the remaining is 50% Vermentino, Chenin, and Clairette.

The vines are approximately 8 years old and planted on the clay and limestone soils. Hand-harvested at the end of August for Chenin, Vermentino and Clairette, and the Terret is harvested in mid-September. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and rested on lees for six months, 90% in tank and 10% in barrels. 12% Alc
