100% Nielluccio (aka Sangiovese)

The vines average 20 years old and come from 3.5ha. The grapes are kept on the skins all throughout fermentation, which is spontaneous, and takes one month to complete. The wine is kept on the lees for six months and then is aged for 18 months in barrel. Not filtered. Certified Biodynamic. 14% Alc

2015: Giudicelli: Corisca, “Patrimonio Blanc”

A

From 20 year old vines grown on on a single plot of 1.48 hectares. The grapes are directly pressed with no maceration, fermentation occurs spontaneously for one month and is kept on the lees with no battonage. Aged in both 30hl Austrian barrels and stainless steel for one year. Not filtered. Certified Biodynamic. 13.9% Alc
