2015: Champ des Treilles: Sainte-Foy Bordeaux Blanc, “Vin Passion”
33% Sauvignon Blanc, 34% Sémillon, 33% Muscadelle,
The vines are grown on limestone and clay, and average around 68 years old. The grapes are hand-harvested at the beginning of September and de-stemmed before light pressing into a tank. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts follows lasting four weeks, spending one month on lees without battonage. Aged in stainless steel for five months before being fined using bentonite and lightly filtered. Certified Organic. 13% Alc
2014: Champ des Trielles: Sainte-Foy Bordeaux Rouge, “Grand Vin”
60 % Merlot, 30 % Cabernet Franc, 7 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot
From vines with an average age of 44 years planted on limestone and clay. The grapes are de-stemmed and lightly crushed with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel using native yeasts that lasts four weeks. Aged for 14 months in barrel with light filtration at bottling. Certified Organic. 14.3% Alc
