2015: Bellier: Cheverny Blanc
80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay
20 year old vines are planted on 10ha of siliceous clay on limestone and chalky-clay soils. Harvested in mid-September with a half day maceration period followed by fermentation lasting 15 days in stainless steel. Aged 3-4 months in stainless steel tank and filtered. Certified Sustainable. 12.5% Alc

80% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay
The vines average age is 20 years old and are planted on 10ha of siliceous clay and limestone soils. Harvested in mid-September with a maceration period of 15 days followed by fermentation in stainless steel lasting 15 days. Aged for 3-4 months in stainless steel tank and filtered. Certified Sustainable. 12.5% Alc
