- COPD
- Asthma (adjuvant relief of breathlessness)

ANTIMUSC, BRONCHOD: MOA
A
- Bind to the muscarinic receptor, where they act as a competitive inhibitor of acetylcholine
- Stimulation of the receptor has a wide range of PS effects
- Blocking the receptor: Increase heart rate and conduction, reduce smooth muscle tone, reduce glandular secretions
- Eye = pupillary dilatation and prevent accommodation respectively
