- Allery, Altered, Circ, 2x age

- Known allergy
- Circulatory collapse/shock
- Age <18 years
- Pregnancy
- Altered consciousness.

- HEP A

- Age 18–21 years
- Hypotension
- Epilepsy
- Patient on anti-depressants or affected by alcohol.
