  3. You will breathe more deeply and frequently as your body delivers more oxygen to the working muscles.
  4. Your heart rate will increase, as your heart works harder to deliver oxygen.

What are the short-term effects of exercise?

  1. You will feel tired (possibly very fatigue).
  2. You may feel light-headed.
  3. You may feel nauseous.
  4. You may experience muscles cramps.
  5. Your muscles will ache a little.
  6. You may experience DOMS if your exercise was high intensity.
