Maintenance Staff
Should be the responsibility of those that are on the professional level in funeral service. Lack of supplies and broken or faulty equipment contribute to employee-employer friction.
Equipment and Supplies
Should appear to the public as first rate, less than first rate harms the image of the business.
All Facilities and Equipment
Snow removal, lawn and garden care, painting, heat, air conditioning, lighting ect should be closely monitored by both management and staff.

- Rolling stock
- Funeral home grounds and parking lot
