6 factors that can develop Osteoporosis?

- Aging.
- Cigarette smoking.
- Decreased mobility or sedentary lifestyle.
- Hormonal factors.
- Deficits of calcium, vitamin D or protein related to poor diet.
- Excessive caffeine intake.
