Radiation
Chemo if indicated: Palladia

Chemo - carboplatin
but need surgery/RT as well for highest survival
What is the treatment of choice for histiocytic sarcoma?
CCNU/Lomustine
What is the treatment of choice for soft tissue sarcomas?
Doxorubicin (but usually need multimodal treatment)
Sx margins: 3cm lateral, 1 facial plane
What is the treatment of choice for hemangiosarcoma?
Splenectomy and doxorubicin
What is the treatment of choice for lymphoblastic lymphoma?
(L) CHOP protocol
What is the treatment of choice for indolent lymphoma?
Often no treatment;
If indicated = chlorambucil (oral) + prednisone
What is the treatment of choice for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)?
CHOP protocol
What is the treatment of choice for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)?
Active surveillance (exam, CBC q 1-3 months)
What is the treatment of choice for small cell GI lymphoma?
Oral alkylators: Chlorambucil + prednisolone
What is the treatment of choice for high grade/large cell GI lymphoma?
More aggressive CHOP/COP protocol
but this is not a great option, hopefully we will have better options in the future

Surgical when feasible
What is the treatment of choice for digital SCC?
Primarily surgical (local control most important)
What is the treatment of choice for cutaneous/dermal melanoma?
Surgical excision is often curative

Primarily surgical
