Q

steps to neural transmission

A

densdrites recive an chemical signal, which is then converted into an electrical signal. This is sent through the cell body donw to the axon. This electrical impulse travels donw the axon assisted by the mylin sheath until it reaches the axon terminal. This is where it is converted into a chemical signal in the form of a neurotransmitter to continue ots journey.
