explicit attitudes arw ehn people openly express their attitude and behave in a way in a way that reflects that.

they can be meeasured by:
- self report tests
- rating scales
- surveys
what are implicit attitudes
implicit attitudes are involentary, uncontrollable and sometimes unconsious.
