- Seizures
- Pulmonary edema
- Tachycardia
- Hypertension
- Nausea/vomiting
- Diaphoresis
- Dysrhythmia
- Cardiac arrest
Naloxone Adult Dose?
0.4 - 2.0mg repeat at 5-minute intervals to a max of 10 mg
Naloxone Pediatric Dose?
0.1 mg/kg (max 2 mg/dose); repeat at 5-minute intervals as needed
Naloxone Onset of Action?
1-2 minutes
Naloxone Duration of Action?
Variable: related to opiod concentration

Adult 10mg, Pediatric 2mg/dose
