Plantar muscle (4th layer, deep): Plantar Interossei
O: Medial sides of bases of metatarsals 3 to 5th
I: Medial sides of bases of proximal phalanges of 3th to 5th
N: Lateral plantar nerve from tibial nerve S2, 3
B: Lateral plantar artery
A: Adducts third to fifth toes at metatarsophalangeal joints. Flexes metatarsophalangeal joints.

O: Medial surface of calcaneus and lateral process of calcaneal tuberosity
I: Lateral border fo tendon of flexor digitorum longus in proximal sole of foot
N: Lateral plantar nerve from tibial nerve S1-3.
B: Medial plantar artery, lateral plantar artery, deep plantar arterial arch
A: Flexes distal phalanges of second to fifth toes.

O: Medial process of calcaneal tuberosity
I: Medial side of base of proximal phalanx of great toe
N: Medial plantar nerve
