Actions
Neutralise the acid directly by raising the pH in the
stomach. Also inhibits peptic enzymes by adsorbing
pepsin. Insoluble powder that reacts slowly with
gastric juice which forms magnesium chloride and
colloidal silica

promote angiogenesis in injured mucosa and bind bile acids and also inhibit peptic activity
how do Heavy metals aide the healing of peptic ulcers?
suppress, but generally do not eradicate, H. pylori
