- remove offending agent
- supportive care
- if severe: steroids or plasmapheresis

IV antibioitics +- surgery
treatment of papulopustular rosacea?
topical metronidazole
adverse effects of methimazole?
- agranulocytosis
- 1st trimester teratogen, cholestasis
