Treat with methimazole PLUS beta-blocker as the hyperthyroidism can have adverse affects on the neonates developing nervous system

No - non tender
How to manage bartholin duct cysts?
If asymptomatic - usually resolve on own- observation and expectant management
If symptomatic - incise and drain

What kind of IUDs can be used in a women with active breast cancer?
Only the copper IUD - even progesterone only is contraindicated because it could get into the systemic circulation
Diagnosis of vulvar lichen sclerosis
Can be clinically diagnosed but vulvar punch biopsy is recommended to confirm and rule out cancer (which can occur in patients with prolonged lichen sclerosis)
