- AST/ALT- raised
- AFP- raised
- Liver US
- CT/MRI to stage

Mx?
A
- surgical
- resection in early disease
- liver transplant when isolated to liver
- Medical
- kinase inhibitor
generally considered resistant to chemo / radiotherapy

A
v poor unless diagnosed early
