Use 10 mL BD, rinse and gargle

Regular dentist visits
Visit hygienist if appropriate
Brush teeth BD for 2 minutes using fluoride-containing toothpaste
Spit not rinse toothpaste
Floss before brushing teeth
Use electric toothbrush and replace head every 1-3 months
Reassure that bleeding is common upon brushing
Manage risk factors (diabetes/smoking)
