Kwells tablets
Anticholinergic, reduces muscle contractions in your stomach
1 tablet to be sucked or chewed up to 30 minutes before the journey, max 3 per day
Side effect: dry mouth

When in a car, try and focus on something that isn’t moving too much
Close you eyes and breath slowly if you feel nauseas
Open windows to get fresh air
Eat simple, non irritating foods before the journey
Take breaks along the journey
Drink plenty of water - 2L per day
Don’t read or look at your phone
Travelling wrist bands that lie on acupuncture points
