Topical antifungal - Canestan Athlete’s Foot cream (1% clotrimazole)
Apply 2-3 times a day for 4 weeks
Improvement should be seen after 2 weeks
1/2 cm would cover the size of a hand

Topical hydrocortisone for inflammation (only 10 years+ and max 7 days)

Thoroughly dry feet and toes after washing
Cotton socks - breathable
Well-fitting, breathable shoes
Rotate shoes
Avoid barefeet in communal areas
Avoid sharing towels
Avoid scratching area
Keep toenails short
