Dyspepsia - explanation of diagnosis
Common condition also known as indigestion, discomfort in the stomach normally caused by a trigger and excess acid in the stomach, can be worsened when you lie down
Dyspepsia - first-line treatment (product, how it works how to use it)
Rennie - antacid, works by neutralising the acid in your stomach, 1-2 tablets sucked or chewed as required, max 10 in 24 hours

Drink plenty of water - 2L per day
Stop eating 3 hours before sleeping
Raise heads and shoulders when sleeping
Reduce alcohol and caffeine
Reduce smoking
Avoid NSAIDs
Avoid rich foods and drinks
Avoid tight clothing around stomach
Avoid large meals

Severe discomfort
