It is a mild bacterial infection that can be spread easily and causes inflammation and irritation of the eye

Bacterial infection spread between children
Can be spread within swimming pools
B.Conjunctivitis - first-line treatment (product, how it works, how to use it)
Optrex infected eye drops
Chloramphenicol (antibiotic) drops
One drop every 2 hours for the first 2 days, then one drop every 4 hours for further 3 days. Finish the course.
Do not use drops in unaffected eye
Do not use contact lenses during treatment
Store in the fridge and discard after use

Avoid touching eyes, easily spreads to other eye
Use separate towels and flannels
Clear crusts and discharge with warm soaked cotton wool
Regularly clean the area with warm salt water on cotton pad
Avoid wearing makeup or contact lenses
Regularly wash hands with hot soapy water

Painful
Changes in vision
Other occular symptoms (photophobia, floaters ect.)
No improvement after course

Paracetamol for flu symptoms

Optrex allergy eye drops
Sodium cromoglicate (mast cell stabiliser)
Soothing
1-2 drops in each eye 4 times per day
6+
Describe eye drop administration
Wash hands
Tilt head back and pull down lower eyelid
Hold dropper near eyelid without touching it and squeeze dropper
Close eye and wipe excess
Discard tissue
