NARRATE PARTIAL DE-ENERGISE ON B92
A
- In a driving mode, turn off loads (lights, wipers and heating)
- Remove keys from the EDP (unless in auto)
- Press AUX OFF
- Lower shoe gear at both ends of vehicle
- Drop the Double MCB located next to RMS
- Drop all shoe gears and relevant MCBs in all remaining vehicles
- Leave all cupboards and panels open
- Notify control after successful power down
- Update notebook

NARRATE FULL DE-ENERGISE PROCEDURE ON B92

- In driving mode, turn off loads
- Remove keys from EDP
- Press AUX OFF
- Lower shoe gears at both ends
- All MCBs across the vehicles must be tripped
6, repeat this process, lower shoe gears and trip all MCBs across all carriages - Leave cupboards and panels open
- Advise control of successful process
- Update notebook

A
- In a driving selector mode, turn off loads
- Remove keys from EDP
3: Press AUX OFF - Lower shoe gears at both ends
- All MCBs across the vehicles must be tripped
- Repeat this process, Lower shoe gears and all MCBs across all carriages
- Leave all cupboards and panels open
- Tell Control of successful power down
- Update notebook

NARRATE ENERGISE PROCESS
A
- In first carriage, raise shoe gear at uncoupled end, raise any MCB dropped and raise shoe gear at other end of carriage
- Repeat step 1 in every carriage and close all panels
- Press AUX ON at leading EDP and wait for converter to start
- Ensure ZVD lamp illuminates —> can take up to 60 seconds
- Verify air pressure lamp illuminates
- IF AIR PRESSURE GAUGR BELOW 4 BARS, shoe gear will not unto CDR
** CONNECT FOOT PUNP TO VALVE WHERE SHOE GEAR IS IN CONTACT WITH CDR
*** STOP PUMPING WHEN AIR PRESSURE GAUGR READS 4 BAR, rising or remain stable
**REMOGE THE FOOT PUMP AND CLOSE THE VALVE
- Select E/S, clear inhibit and reinstate required loads
- Advise control of successful process
