A
  1. Enable doors platform side
  2. Request permission from CCC to select AUTO
  3. Once AUTO selected, closed EDP
  4. Carry out door procedure at DCP
  5. Apply INHIBIT and return to leading EDP
  6. Contact CCC for further instructions
  7. When safe to do so, make announcement and close doors (you WILL NOT RECEIVE RTD)
  8. Do train safety checks before moving off

  2. Inform CCC about no full TDC

How do you carry an OUT OF SERVICE PROCEDURE when in E/S on MAINLINE?

A

1, Make OUT OF SERVICE announcement at penultimate station
2. At terminal station, dock train correctly and enable doors
3. Make further announcement
4. Door procedure from leading EDP in E/S
5. Request ALL PANELS OFF from CCC
6. Walk through the train to the EDP furthest from entrance
7. Walk through the train to the EDP facing entrance to depot etc
8. Ensure all customers have left the train
9. Any left, allow them out through Crew Access Door
10. Carry out security check and lost property
11. When at Leading EDP request permission for E/S
12. Follow instructions from DP after train safety checks are completed
