What are the Frazer guideline criteria?

A
  • Mature and intelligent enough to understand treatment
  • Can’t be persuaded to discuss with parents or let HCP discuss with parents
  • Likely to have sex regardless
  • Physical or mental health with suffer without treatment
  • Treatment in best interest

Should be encouraged to inform parents, Gillick competence and Frazer guidelines can be kept confidential
