ishchameic muscle will necrose leading to fibrotic contracture

pallor
parasthesia
pain

tensely swollen limb
tender to touch

how is it relieved
A
fasciotomy

males 10-35
tibial fracture
open fracture

compresses venous system

secondary ischaemia as blood cant get to congested muscles
