ishchameic muscle will necrose leading to fibrotic contracture

pallor
parasthesia

tensely swollen limb
tender to touch

A
fasciotomy

males 10-35
tibial fracture

A
compresses venous system
congestion in muscles
secondary ischaemia as blood cant get to congested muscles
