They are making home more airtight, and SIPs are increasing the fuel loaded possibly decreasing structural integrity

Develop plans of attack and suppression, the write them down

What hazardous do renovations expose firefighter to?
parts of the house that were not originally intended to house people are now being converted into living spaces, such as garages and basements.
Most times fire fires are unaware of these changes which can impact our expectations on arrival.
