A

Alarm -the threat is recognised then the hypothalamus triggers the production of adrenaline noradrenaline for fight or flight

What is the second stage of stress response

A

Resistance-if the stress continues the stress response uses up the buddies resources e.g. sugar and hormones and things start deteriorating e.g. The immune system becomes less effective
